Peace Must Not Be Used as a Cover for Preparing Another War

The Agaezi National Union (ANU) is deeply concerned by reports circulating regarding a  private TPLF Zoom meeting Chaired by Addisalem Ballemmma , involving individuals and  supporters of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) within the diaspora, during which statements were made concerning the possible commencement of renewed war and preparations to characterize any subsequent conflict as genocide.

ANU emphasizes that these reports and quotations have been independently verified by the Agaezi National Union, gloabl geez intelligence agency (GIA). Because statements of this nature, contribute to fear, mobilization, misinformation, and renewed conflict, they must be taken seriously and addressed through evidence, transparency, and peaceful political processes.

According to the material circulated publicly, participants were reportedly encouraged to:

1. prepare for a new war allegedly expected to begin within a short period;
2. prepare an international communications narrative describing events as genocide once hostilities begin; and
3. channel financial contributions exclusively through a particular organization.

These statements were in fact made, and ANU considers them profoundly concerning.

1. The People of Tigray Must Not Be Used as Instruments of War

The people of Tigray have already experienced enormous human suffering as a result of the northern Ethiopia conflict.

The 2022 Agreement for Lasting Peace through a Permanent Cessation of Hostilities between the Government of Ethiopia and the TPLF established a framework intended to end the conflict. The United Nations continues to identify the implementation of that agreement as central to preserving peace.

ANU therefore rejects any political approach that treats another war as inevitable or uses civilians as instruments for achieving political objectives.

No political organization, government, faction, diaspora network, or armed actor has the moral right to gamble with the lives of civilians for political advantage.

2. Peace Must Come Before Political Bargaining

ANU firmly believes that political disagreements must be addressed through:

• dialogue;
• constitutional and legal mechanisms;
• peaceful political competition;
• mediation;
• accountable institutions; and
• negotiated solutions.

Negotiation should not begin only after civilians have been killed, displaced, traumatized, or deprived of their livelihoods.

The principle is simple:

War must not be used to create the conditions for negotiation. Negotiation must be used to prevent war.

The United Nations has similarly called on all parties amid renewed tensions in Tigray to exercise restraint, rebuild trust, and resolve differences through peaceful dialogue.

3. Genocide Must Never Become a Political Communication Strategy

ANU strongly rejects the use of the term genocide as a predetermined political communications strategy.

Genocide is an extremely serious legal concept requiring evidence and assessment under applicable international law. It must never be declared simply because a political organization anticipates renewed hostilities.

At the same time, ANU emphasizes that any genuine genocide, war crime, crime against humanity, or other grave violation against civilians must be independently investigated and addressed through appropriate legal mechanisms.

The protection of civilians must come before political narratives.

4. Humanitarian Assistance Must Never Become a Political Weapon

ANU also calls for full transparency concerning fundraising associated with conflict, humanitarian relief, political organizations, and diaspora networks.

Tigrayan communities and diaspora members have the right to know:

• who is collecting funds;
• for what stated purpose;
• how the money is managed;
• who controls the funds;
• whether funds are being used for humanitarian or political purposes; and
• whether financial contributions are subject to independent auditing.

No community member should be pressured to finance political or military activity without clear information and informed consent.

ANU supports humanitarian assistance that is transparent, independently accountable, civilian-focused, and separated from military mobilization.

5. The Tigrayan People Must Not Be Equated With Any Political Organization

ANU makes an important distinction:

The Tigrayan people are not the TPLF.
The Tigrayan people are not any single political faction.
The Tigrayan people are not a military organization.

Likewise, disagreement with a political organization must never become hatred toward an ethnic community.

ANU rejects collective blame and collective punishment.

The dignity, security, political rights, and future of the people of Tigray must not be subordinated to the interests of any political organization.

6. No More Politics of Fear

The northern Ethiopia conflict demonstrated the devastating consequences of political polarization, armed confrontation, displacement, and attacks on civilians. UN investigations have documented serious violations by multiple parties to the conflict.

ANU therefore rejects political strategies based on:

Fear → Mobilization → War → Civilian suffering → Political narrative → Further polarization.

Instead, Ethiopia and the peoples of the region require:

Dialogue → Truth → Accountability → Reconciliation → Constitutional politics → Sustainable peace.

The 2022 peace agreement itself incorporates transitional-justice principles involving accountability, truth, redress for victims, reconciliation, and healing.

7. A Direct Appeal to the Tigrayan People and the Diaspora

ANU respectfully calls upon Tigrayan Ethiopian citizens and diaspora communities to demand transparency from every political organization seeking their political, financial, or moral support.

Before supporting any political or fundraising initiative, communities should be able to ask:

What is the objective?
Who controls the funds?
Where will the money go?
Is the objective humanitarian or military?
Who will protect civilians?
What is the peaceful alternative?
Who will be held accountable if the strategy fails?

These are not questions against any community. They are questions of responsible citizenship.

8. ANU’s Position

ANU calls upon:

• the Federal Government of Ethiopia;
• the Tigray regional authorities;
• the TPLF and other political organizations;
• Ethiopian and Tigrayan diaspora organizations;
• religious institutions;
• civil society organizations;
• the African Union;
• IGAD;
• the United Nations; and
• international partners

to prioritize civilian protection, dialogue, implementation of peace commitments, humanitarian access, accountability, and peaceful political settlement.

ANU further calls for credible independent mechanisms to investigate any credible reports of organized preparations for renewed armed conflict or the misuse of humanitarian and diaspora fundraising for military purposes.

ANU’s Fundamental Principle

The people of Tigray have suffered enough.

The people of Ethiopia have suffered enough.

The Horn of Africa has suffered enough.

A new generation must not be sacrificed to reproduce the political conflicts of the previous generation.

ANU believes that political disagreements must be resolved through institutions rather than battlefields; through dialogue rather than mobilization; through evidence rather than propaganda; and through justice rather than revenge.

Peace before politics.
Civilians before factions.
Truth before propaganda.
Justice before revenge.
Institutions before personalities.

አግዓዚ ብሔራዊ ህብረት (ANU)፣ በትግራይ ህዝብና በአጠቃላይ በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ከፍተኛ የሰብዓዊ እና የፖለቲካ አደጋ ሊያስከትል የሚችል የጦርነት ዝግጅት በተመለከተ በህዝብ ዘንድ የሚሰራጩ ሪፖርቶችን በከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ይከታተላል።

በተለይም፣ የትግራይ ሕወሓት ደጋፊዎች ከሚባሉ የዲያስፖራ አደረጃጀቶች ጋር በተያያዘ በZoom በተካሄደ ሚስጥራዊ ስብሰባ ውስጥ ጦርነት በቅርብ ጊዜ ሊጀመር እንደሚችል፣ ከዚያም ለዓለም አቀፍ ማህበረሰብ ሁኔታውን “የዘር ማጥፋት” በሚል መግለጽ እንደሚገባ እና ገንዘብ በተወሰኑ የዲያስፖራ መዋቅሮች በኩል እንዲላክ ተነግሯል የሚሉ መረጃዎች ተሰራጭተዋል።

ANU  እንዲህ ያሉ ንግግሮች በእርግጥ ከተነገሩ፣ ፍርሃትን፣ የጦርነት ቅስቀሳን፣ የተሳሳተ መረጃን እና አዲስ ግጭትን ሊያባብሱ ስለሚችሉ በጥንቃቄ ሊመረመሩ ይገባል።

1. የትግራይ ህዝብ የጦርነት መሣሪያ መሆን የለበትም

የትግራይ ህዝብ በሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ ጦርነት ውስጥ ከፍተኛ የሰብዓዊ ስቃይ፣ መፈናቀል፣ ውድመትና ኪሳራ አስተናግዷል።

በ2022 የተፈረመው የቋሚ የጠላትነት ማቆም ስምምነት ጦርነቱን ለማቆም እና ሰላማዊ መፍትሄን ለማስፈን መሠረት አድርጓል።

ANU ስለዚህ ሌላ ጦርነትን እንደማይቀር በመቁጠር የሚደረግ የፖለቲካ አቀራረብን አይደግፍም።

ማንኛውም ፖለቲካዊ ድርጅት፣ መንግሥት፣ አንጃ፣ የዲያስፖራ አደረጃጀት ወይም የታጠቀ ኃይል የሲቪል ህይወትን ለፖለቲካዊ ጥቅም መሠዋት የለበትም።

2. ሰላም ከፖለቲካዊ ድርድር በፊት መምጣት አለበት

ANU የፖለቲካ አለመግባባቶች በሚከተሉት ሰላማዊ መንገዶች መፍታት እንዳለባቸው ያምናል፦

• በውይይት፤
• በሕገ-መንግሥታዊና ሕጋዊ መንገዶች፤
• በሰላማዊ የፖለቲካ ውድድር፤
• በሽምግልና፤
• በተጠያቂ ተቋማት፤ እና
• በድርድር መፍትሄዎች።

ድርድር የሚጀመረው ሰዎች ከተገደሉ፣ ከተፈናቀሉ እና ሕይወታቸው ከተበላሸ በኋላ መሆን የለበትም።

ጦርነት የድርድር ሁኔታ ለመፍጠር መሣሪያ መሆን የለበትም። ድርድር ጦርነትን ለመከላከል መሣሪያ መሆን አለበት።

3. “ዘር ማጥፋት” የፖለቲካ የመረጃ ስትራቴጂ መሆን የለበትም

ANU “ዘር ማጥፋት” የሚለው ከባድ የሕግ ጽንሰ-ሐሳብ በቅድሚያ እንደ ፖለቲካዊ የመገናኛ መሣሪያ እንዲያዝ አይደግፍም።

የዘር ማጥፋት፣ የጦር ወንጀል፣ በሰብዓዊነት ላይ የሚፈጸም ወንጀል ወይም ሌላ ከባድ የሰብዓዊ መብት ጥሰት ከተፈጸመ ግን በገለልተኛ ምርመራና በሕጋዊ ሂደት መመርመርና ተጠያቂነት መረጋገጥ አለበት።

የሲቪሎች ጥበቃ ከፖለቲካዊ ትርክት በፊት መቅደም አለበት።

4. የሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ፖለቲካዊ መሣሪያ መሆን የለበትም

ANU ከጦርነት፣ ከሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ፣ ከፖለቲካዊ ድርጅቶች እና ከዲያስፖራ የገንዘብ ማሰባሰብ ጋር በተያያዘ ሙሉ ግልጽነት እንዲኖር ይጠይቃል።

ማንኛውም ለጋሽ የሚከተሉትን የመጠየቅ መብት አለው፦

• ገንዘቡን የሚሰበስበው ማን ነው?
• የተሰበሰበው ገንዘብ ለምን ይውላል?
• ገንዘቡን የሚቆጣጠረው ማን ነው?
• ገንዘቡ ሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ወይስ ፖለቲካዊ/ወታደራዊ ዓላማ አለው?
• የገንዘብ አጠቃቀሙ በገለልተኛ ኦዲት ይመረመራል?

ANU ግልጽ፣ ተጠያቂ፣ ለሲቪሎች ያተኮረ እና ከወታደራዊ እንቅስቃሴ የተለየ የሰብዓዊ ድጋፍን ይደግፋል።

5. የትግራይ ህዝብ ከማንኛውም የፖለቲካ ድርጅት ጋር እኩል አይደለም

ANU ይህን ልዩነት በግልጽ ያስቀምጣል፦

የትግራይ ህዝብ ሕወሓት አይደለም።
የትግራይ ህዝብ የተወሰነ የፖለቲካ አንጃ አይደለም።
የትግራይ ህዝብ ወታደራዊ ድርጅት አይደለም።

በተመሳሳይ መልኩ፣ ከአንድ የፖለቲካ ድርጅት ጋር አለመስማማት በማንኛውም የብሔር ማህበረሰብ ላይ ጥላቻ እንዲወርድ ምክንያት መሆን የለበትም።

ANU የጋራ ክስን፣ የጋራ ቅጣትን እና የጋራ ጥላቻን ይቃወማል።

6. ከእንግዲህ የፍርሃት ፖለቲካ አይሁን

የሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ ጦርነት የፖለቲካ መከፋፈል፣ የታጠቀ ግጭት፣ መፈናቀልና በሲቪሎች ላይ የሚደርስ ጉዳት ምን ያህል አስከፊ ውጤት እንደሚያስከትል አሳይቷል።

ANU የሚከተለውን የፍርሃት ዙር ይቃወማል፦

ፍርሃት → ማሰባሰብ → ጦርነት → የሲቪል ሰቆቃ → ፖለቲካዊ ትርክት → ተጨማሪ መከፋፈል

በምትኩ፣ የሚያስፈልገው፦

ውይይት → እውነት → ተጠያቂነት → እርቅ → ሕገ-መንግሥታዊ ፖለቲካ → ዘላቂ ሰላም

ነው።

7. ለትግራይ ህዝብና ለዲያስፖራ የANU ጥሪ

ANU የትግራይ ህዝብና የዲያስፖራ ማህበረሰብ የእያንዳንዱን የፖለቲካ ድርጅት የገንዘብ፣ የፖለቲካና የሞራል ድጋፍ ከመስጠቱ በፊት ግልጽነትን እንዲጠይቅ ያበረታታል።

እያንዳንዱ ዜጋ መጠየቅ ይገባዋል፦

ዓላማው ምንድን ነው?
ገንዘቡን ማን ይቆጣጠረዋል?
ገንዘቡ የት ይሄዳል?
ዓላማው ሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ነው ወይስ ወታደራዊ?
ሲቪሎችን ማን ይጠብቃል?
ሰላማዊ አማራጩ ምንድን ነው?
ስትራቴጂው ካልተሳካ ማን ተጠያቂ ይሆናል?

እነዚህ ጥያቄዎች በማንኛውም ማህበረሰብ ላይ የተቃውሞ ጥሪ አይደሉም፤ የኃላፊነት ዜግነት መሠረታዊ ጥያቄዎች ናቸው።

8. የANU አቋም

ANU የፌዴራል መንግሥት፣ የትግራይ ክልላዊ ባለሥልጣናት፣ ሕወሓትና ሌሎች የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች፣ የኢትዮጵያና የትግራይ ዲያስፖራ ድርጅቶች፣ የሃይማኖት ተቋማት፣ ሲቪል ማህበረሰብ፣ አፍሪካ ህብረት፣ IGAD፣ የተባበሩት መንግሥታትና ዓለም አቀፍ አጋሮች በሚከተሉት ላይ ቅድሚያ እንዲሰጡ ይጠይቃል፦

• የሲቪሎች ጥበቃ፤
• ውይይት፤
• የሰላም ቃልኪዳኖችን መፈጸም፤
• የሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ተደራሽነት፤
• ተጠያቂነት፤ እና
• ሰላማዊ የፖለቲካ መፍትሄ።

በተጨማሪም፣ የታጠቀ ግጭትን ለማደራጀት ወይም የሰብዓዊና የዲያስፖራ ገንዘብን ለወታደራዊ ዓላማ ለመጠቀም የሚደረጉ ተዓማኒ ሪፖርቶች ካሉ በገለልተኛና ተዓማኒ መንገድ እንዲመረመሩ ANU ይጠይቃል።

የትግራይ ህዝብ በቂ ተሰቃይቷል።

የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ በቂ ተሰቃይቷል።

የቀንድ አፍሪካ ህዝቦች በቂ ተሰቃይተዋል።

አዲሱ ትውልድ የቀድሞውን የፖለቲካ ግጭት ለመድገም መስዋዕት መሆን የለበትም።

ANU የፖለቲካ አለመግባባቶች በጦር ሜዳ ሳይሆን በተቋማት፣ በጦርነት ቅስቀሳ ሳይሆን በውይይት፣ በፕሮፓጋንዳ ሳይሆን በማስረጃ፣ በበቀል ሳይሆን በፍትሕ መፍታት እንዳለባቸው ያምናል።

ኣግዓዚ ብሄራዊ ሓድነት (ANU)፣ ኣብ ትግራይን ኣብ ኢትዮጵያን ዳግማይ ኲናት ክኽሰት ዝኽእል ሓደጋ ብዝምልከት ኣብ ህዝቢ ዝዝርጋሕ ዘሎ ሪፖርታት ብዓቢ ጥንቃቐ ይከታተል።

ብፍላይ፣ ኣብ መንጎ ደገፍቲ ህወሓት ዝበሃሉ ናይ ዲያስፖራ ኣወዳድባታት ኣብ Zoom ኣኼባ ከም ዝተኻየደ፣ ኣብቲ ኣኼባ ድማ ኲናት ኣብ ቀረባ መዓልታት ክጅመር ከም ዝኽእል፣ ድሕሪ ምጅማር ኲናት ንዓለም እቲ ኩነታት “ጄኖሳይድ” ከም ዝኾነ ንምቕራብ ዝጽውዕ መልእኽቲ ከም ዝተላለፈ፣ ከምኡውን ገንዘብ ብዝተወሰኑ ናይ ዲያስፖራ መሓውራት ኣቢሉ ክስደድ ከም ዝተጸውዐ ዝገልጹ ሪፖርታት ተዘርጊሖም ኣለዉ።

ANU  እዞም ዓይነት መግለጺታት ብሓቂ ተዛሪቦም፣ ፍርሒ፣ ናይ ኲናት ምትብባዕ፣ ግጉይ ሓበሬታን ሓድሽ ግጭትን ከምጽኡ ስለ ዝኽእሉ ብጥንቃቐ ክምርመሩ ኣለዎም።

1. ህዝቢ ትግራይ መሳርሒ ኲናት ክኸውን የብሉን

ህዝቢ ትግራይ ኣብ ኲናት ሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ ዓቢ ሰብኣዊ ስቓይ፣ ምፍንቃል፣ ዕንወትን ክሳራን ኣሕሊፉ እዩ።

እቲ ኣብ 2022 ዝተፈረመ ስምምዕ ቀዋሚ ምቁራጽ ግጭት፣ ኲናት ንምዕጋትን ናብ ሰላማዊ ፍታሕ ንምስጋርን መሰረት ኣንቢሩ እዩ።

ANU ስለዚ ሓድሽ ኲናት ከም ዘይተርፍ ብምቑጻር ዝግበር ፖለቲካዊ ኣቀራርባ ኣይድግፍን።

ዝኾነ ፖለቲካዊ ውድብ፣ መንግስቲ፣ ፋንዳ፣ ናይ ዲያስፖራ ኣወዳድባ ወይ ዕጡቕ ሓይሊ፣ ህይወት ሲቪላውያን ንፖለቲካዊ ዕላማ መስዋእቲ ክገብር የብሉን።

2. ሰላም ቅድሚ ፖለቲካዊ ድርድር ክመጽእ ኣለዎ

ANU ፖለቲካዊ ፍልልያት ብእዞም ሰላማዊ መንገድታት ክፍትሑ ይኣምን፦

• ዘተ፤
• ሕገ-መንግስታዊን ሕጋዊን መንገዲ፤
• ሰላማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ውድድር፤
• ሽምግልና፤
• ተሓታቲ ትካላት፤ ከምኡውን
• ዝተደራደረ ፍታሕ።

ድርድር ሰባት ምስ ተቐትሉ፣ ምስ ተመዛበሉን ህይወቶም ምስ ተበላሸወን ክጅመር የብሉን።

ኲናት ንድርድር ዝኸውን ኩነታት ንምፍጣር መሳርሒ ክኸውን የብሉን። ድርድር ንኲናት ንምዕጋት መሳርሒ ክኸውን ኣለዎ።

3. “ጄኖሳይድ” ናይ ፖለቲካ ሓበሬታ ስትራቴጂ ክኸውን የብሉን

ANU “ጄኖሳይድ” ዝብል ኣዝዩ ከቢድ ሕጋዊ ጽንሰ-ሓሳብ ቅድሚ ምርመራን መርትዖን ከም ዝተወሰነ ፖለቲካዊ መልእኽቲ ክቐርብ ኣይድግፍን።

ጄኖሳይድ፣ ገበን ኲናት፣ ኣብ ሰብኣውነት ዝፍጸም ገበን ወይ ካልእ ከቢድ ምጥሓስ መሰላት ሰብ እንተተፈጺሙ ግን፣ ብናጻ ምርመራን ብሕጋዊ መስርሕን ክምርመርን ተሓታትነት ክረጋገጽን ኣለዎ።

ሓለዋ ሲቪላውያን ቅድሚ ፖለቲካዊ ትርክት ክቕድም ኣለዎ።

4. ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ ፖለቲካዊ መሳርሒ ክኸውን የብሉን

ANU ኣብ ጦርነት፣ ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ፣ ፖለቲካዊ ውድባትን ናይ ዲያስፖራ ምእካብ ገንዘብን ዝምልከት ሙሉእ ግልጽነት ክህሉ ይጽውዕ።

ዝኾነ ወፈያ ዝገብር ሰብ እዞም ሕቶታት ክሓትት መሰል ኣለዎ፦

• ገንዘብ ዝእክብ መን እዩ?
• እቲ ዝተኣከበ ገንዘብ ንምንታይ ይውዕል?
• መን ይቆጻጸሮ?
• ዕላማኡ ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ ድዩ ወይስ ፖለቲካዊ/ወተሃደራዊ?
• ኣጠቓቕማ እቲ ገንዘብ ብናጻ ኦዲት ይምርመር ድዩ?

ANU ግልጺ፣ ተሓታቲ፣ ንሲቪላውያን ዝተወፈየን ካብ ወተሃደራዊ ንጥፈት ዝተፈለየን ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ ይድግፍ።

5. ህዝቢ ትግራይ ምስ ዝኾነ ፖለቲካዊ ውድብ ሓደ ኣይኮነን

ANU ነዚ ፍልልይ ብግልጺ የቐምጥ፦

ህዝቢ ትግራይ ህወሓት ኣይኮነን።
ህዝቢ ትግራይ ሓደ ፖለቲካዊ ፋንዳ ኣይኮነን።
ህዝቢ ትግራይ ወተሃደራዊ ውድብ ኣይኮነን።

ብተመሳሳሊ፣ ምስ ሓደ ፖለቲካዊ ውድብ ዘይምስማማዕ ኣንጻር ሓደ ብሄር ወይ ማሕበረሰብ ጽልኢ ንኽፍጠር ምኽንያት ክኸውን የብሉን።

ANU ናይ ሓባር ክሲ፣ ናይ ሓባር መቕጻዕቲን ናይ ሓባር ጽልእን ይቃወም።

6. ካብ ሕጂ ንደሓር ፖለቲካ ፍርሒ ኣይንደልን

ኲናት ሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ ፖለቲካዊ ምክፍፋል፣ ዕጡቕ ግጭት፣ ምፍንቃልን ጉድኣት ሲቪላውያንን ክሳብ ክንደይ ከቢድ ሳዕቤን ከምጽእ ኣርእዩ እዩ።

ANU ነዚ ዑደት ፖለቲካ ፍርሒ ይቃወም፦

ፍርሒ → ምልዕዓል → ኲናት → ስቓይ ሲቪላውያን → ፖለቲካዊ ትርክት → ተወሳኺ ምክፍፋል

ኣብ ክንድኡ ዝድለ፦

ዘተ → ሓቂ → ተሓታትነት → ዕርቂ → ሕገ-መንግስታዊ ፖለቲካ → ዘላቒ ሰላም

7. ንህዝቢ ትግራይን ንዲያስፖራን ዝቐርብ ጻውዒት ANU

ANU ንህዝቢ ትግራይን ንማሕበረሰብ ዲያስፖራን፣ ካብ ዝኾነ ፖለቲካዊ ውድብ ፖለቲካዊ፣ ገንዘባዊ ወይ ሞራላዊ ደገፍ ቅድሚ ምሃብ ግልጽነት ክሓቱ ይጽውዕ።

ነፍሲ ወከፍ ዜጋ ክሓትት ይግባእ፦

ዕላማኡ እንታይ እዩ?
ገንዘቡ መን ይቆጻጸሮ?
እቲ ገንዘብ ናበይ ይኸይድ?
ዕላማኡ ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ ድዩ ወይስ ወተሃደራዊ?
ሲቪላውያን መን ይከላኸለሎም?
ሰላማዊ ኣማራጺ እንታይ እዩ?
እቲ ስትራቴጂ እንተዘይተዓዊቱ መን ተሓታቲ ክኸውን እዩ?

እዞም ሕቶታት ኣንጻር ዝኾነ ማሕበረሰብ ዝቐንዑ ኣይኮኑን። ናይ ሓላፍነት ዜግነት መሰረታዊ ሕቶታት እዮም።

8. ናይ ANU ኣቋም

ANU ንፌደራላዊ መንግስቲ፣ ንክልላዊ ሰበ-ስልጣን ትግራይ፣ ንህወሓትን ካልኦት ፖለቲካዊ ውድባትን፣ ንኢትዮጵያውያንን ትግራዎትን ዲያስፖራ ኣወዳድባታት፣ ንሃይማኖታዊ ትካላት፣ ንሲቪል ማሕበረሰብ፣ ንኣፍሪቃ ሕብረት፣ IGAD፣ ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራትን ንዓለምለኻዊ መሻርኽትን ኣብዞም ዝስዕቡ ጉዳያት ቀዳምነት ክህቡ ይጽውዕ፦

• ሓለዋ ሲቪላውያን፤
• ዘተ፤
• ትግበራ ቃልኪዳናት ሰላም፤
• ተበጻሕነት ሰብኣዊ ሓገዝ፤
• ተሓታትነት፤ ከምኡውን
• ሰላማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ፍታሕ።

ከምኡውን፣ ንዳግማይ ዕጡቕ ግጭት ንምድላው ወይ ንሰብኣዊን ናይ ዲያስፖራን ገንዘብ ንወተሃደራዊ ዕላማ ንምጥቃም ዝገበሩ ተኣማኒ ሪፖርታት እንተሃልዮም፣ ብናጻን ተኣማንን መንገዲ ክምርመሩ ANU ይጽውዕ።

ሓድሽ ወለዶ ንምድጋም ናይ ቀደም ፖለቲካዊ ግጭት መስዋእቲ ክኸውን የብሉን።
